WHERE IS IT USED?

WHAT IS SPUNLACE

Spunlace is made up of chopped fibers that are mixed in a silo and then placed on a conveyor. At that time, the material is a batting. The batting is treated with a water jet that causes the fibers to bind together and creates a soft, thin material. Spunlace is usually made of a mixture of polyester fiber and viscose, but other combinations are possible.

Our Spunlace:

We have spunlace in several different formats and with different properties for manufacturing companies that produce special wipes.

All of our spunlace is supplied on rolls and has a weight of 40–120 g/sqm. We offer different products with different absorption capabilities.
